About scientific parks
This Law governs the legal, economic, organizational relations connected with creation and functioning of scientific parks and is directed to intensification of processes of development, implementation, production of innovative products and innovative products in the internal and external markets.
In this Law terms are used in such value:
the partnership agreement with the scientific park - the contract between the scientific park and subjects of managing concerning conditions of participation of subjects of managing in the course of development and project implementation of the scientific park;
customers - physical persons and legal entities which order and in parts or in full pay the cost of performance of works for projects of the scientific park or the cost of services of the scientific park for implementation of the innovative activities;
founders of the scientific park (further - founders (participants, shareholders) - institution of the higher education and/or scientific institution and other legal entities who signed the foundation agreement about creation of the scientific park or approved its constituent document;
commercialization of results of scientific and technical activities - the activities directed to transformation of the objects of intellectual property right created in the course of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities to products or services for their realization in the market for the purpose of profit earning, the order by property rights of intellectual property on their use by other subjects of managing under the agreement, use by other physical persons or legal entities or their use in own economic activity of the scientific park;
the scientific park - the legal entity who is created in the form of economic society which shall have as a part of participants at least one institution of higher education and/or scientific institution;
partners of the scientific park are the subjects of managing which signed the partnership agreement with the scientific park;
