For the purpose of acceleration of processes of integration of system of the higher education of the Azerbaijan Republic into the European educational space, creations of content of the higher education according to the Bologna principles, ensuring needs for highly qualified personnel according to country economic trends, and also forming of the effective system of the higher education allowing the population to get higher education at the level of modern standards I decide:
1. Approve "The state program on reforms in system of the higher education of the Azerbaijan Republic in 2009-2013".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.
