1. Assign obligations on documents acceptance of the commercial organizations without foreign participation provided for state registration at the district (city) level on notaries public.

2. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for documents acceptance of the commercial organizations for state registration at the district (city) level (further - the Instruction).

3. Determine that:

- submission of documents for state registration in district (city) office of notary public or in justice department of area is performed at the choice of the applicant;

- documents acceptance of the commercial organizations without foreign participation is made by notaries public in the working days for state registration from 9 to 14-00 o'clock by provision of necessary document package.

4. To chiefs of justice departments of areas:

- together with the head of department of state registration of legal entities to carry out by means of media explanatory work with citizens concerning state registration of the commercial organizations at the district (city) level;
