About some questions of exchange of the documents confirming the right of citizens to privileges

1. Carry out from January 1 to December 31, 2012 exchange of certificates of participants of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and the victims from catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP on certificates of victims of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents.

2. Determine that:

before completion of the exchange provided in Item 1 of this Decree, the right to privileges to the citizens who were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents is provided according to certificates of participants of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and the victims from catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP;

to the citizens who were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents which have right to the privileges established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2009 "About social protection of the citizens who were affected by catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, other radiation accidents" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 17, 2/1561), arose from July 16, 2009 to December 31, 2011, certificates of participants of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP and the victims from catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP with indication of articles of the called Law according to which privileges are provided are issued.
