The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus and Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

aiming at further expansion of mutually advantageous trade and economic relations,

for the purpose of acceptance of agreed measures on provision of free trade regime to the goods coming from the states of the Parties

according to the Rules of determination of the country of goods' origin approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 30, 2000 (further - Rules),

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties accept according to legislations of the states agreed measures on provision to the goods occurring from customs areas of the states of the Parties, free trade regime in case of fulfillment of requirements of Item 9 of Rules.

Article 2

Goods are considered exported from the territory of one State Party of the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of April 15, 1994 (further - the Agreement) on the territory of other gosudarstvauchastnik of the Agreement without violation of requirements of Item 9 of Rules if their transportation is performed by transit through the territory of one or several states which are not agreement parties owing to the geographical, transport, technical or economic reasons in case of simultaneous accomplishment of the following conditions:

goods, including in case of their temporary stay in the territories of these countries, were in transit countries under customs control;

goods remained in invariable type, without changes of condition of goods owing to natural wear or transportations and storages decreased under normal conditions and the economic benefit was not taken.
