About increase in the minimum wage in the Azerbaijan Republic

Article 1.

Determine since December 1, 1992 in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic the size of the minimum wage of employees of the organizations and organizations financed from the budget established by the legislation - 250 manats (2500 rubles) a month.

Other companies, organizations and the organizations since December 1, 1992 apply the size of minimum wage determined by part one of this Article at the expense of own means.

The size of minimum wage does not include surcharges and salary supplements, and also awards and other incentive payments.

Article 2.

Determine that the accepted minimum wage and others, equal by the size, the income of citizens is not assessed with tax.

Article 3.

Bring into accord with the minimum wage the minimum size of pensions, grants, and also official pay rates and the tariff charges of employees of the organizations and organizations financed from the budget.

Article 4.

From coming into force of this Law to estimate stipulated by the legislation penalties of the Azerbaijan Republic, proceeding from the size of the minimum wage constituting 250 manats (2500 rubles).
