3. To electrical power Council of the CIS to take part in development of offers on effective use of hydro-electric resources of the Central Asian region.
4. Ask the governments of the State Parties of the CIS to take necessary measures for renewal of signing of annual protocols for mutual deliveries of water and hydro-electric resources of the states of the Central Asian region, the conclusion of agreements on use of hydro-electric resources of the Syr Darya and Amu Darya basins of the rivers during the vegetative and autumn and winter periods.
