For the purpose of strengthening of financial stability and increase in overall performance of legal entities which exclusive type of activity is the organization of exchange transactions with cash foreign currency (further - authorized organizations), the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the minimum size of the authorized capital of authorized organizations created in cash:

1) since October 1, 2009 in the amount of 3 000 000 (three million) Kazakhstani tenge;

2) since April 1, 2010 in the amount of 5 000 000 (five million) Kazakhstani tenge for authorized organizations with the location in the administrative centers of areas, and also in the cities of Astana and Almaty.

2. When opening by authorized organizations more than one exchange point their authorized capital created in cash shall be increased by each again opened exchange point:

1) since October 1, 2009 for 600 000 (six hundred thousand) Kazakhstani tenge;

2) since April 1, 2010 for 1 000 000 (one million) Kazakhstani tenge in case of opening of exchange points by authorized organizations with the location in the administrative centers of areas, and also in the cities of Astana and Almaty.

3. To authorized organizations:

1) till October 1, 2009 to bring the authorized capital into accord with requirements of the subitem 1) of Item 1 and the subitem 1) of Item 2 of this resolution;

2) till April 1, 2010 to bring the authorized capital into accord with requirements of the subitem 2) of Item 1 and the subitem 2) of Item 2 of this resolution.
