1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on territorial authorities of justice of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To chiefs of departments of justice:
To distribute 1) according to the specified obligation Provision between deputy chief of department, to approve job descriptions of staff of department of justice and to provide strict observance of the obligations assigned to them by them;
To approve 2) numerical and staff of board of departments of justice.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 08, 1998 N 82 "About approval of the Provision "About Territorial Authorities of Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
