1. Determine that registration of legal entities is made by rules and according to the procedure, determined in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is valid the law of April 17, 1995 N 2198 "About state registration of legal entities".
2. For the organization of work on re-registration of legal entities till January 1, 1996 and subsequent their registration to increase the extreme number of central office of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan by 8 units and local authorities of justice on 372 units, having reduced in local customs authorities of Customs committee under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan the number of staff by 380 units.
To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to allocate to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan necessary assignments for maintenance of newly created structural divisions on registration of legal entities.
3. To the ministries, the state committees, departments and their bodies, and also the local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing registration of legal entities and accreditation of their branches and representations to transfer till August 1, 1995 to bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan registration materials.
Determine that since August 1, 1995 state registration of legal entities shall be performed only in judicial authorities.
