being guided by aspiration to strengthening of friendly and business contacts between both countries,

attaching importance to development of cooperation in the field of seal and information,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will render assistance in implementation of exchange of the materials mentioning political, economic and cultural fields of activity of the states.

Article 2

The parties will develop cooperation in the field of book publishing, polygraphies, printing mass media and distribution of printed materials in the territories of the states of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties will develop cooperation in the field of exchange and distribution of printed materials for the purpose of requirements satisfaction of citizens in periodic and book editions.

Article 4

The parties will encourage and support establishment of direct creative and business contacts between publishing houses, the printing companies, the editorial offices of printing mass media, the organizations for distribution of printed materials which specific conditions and forms of cooperation will be determined by his direct participants by the conclusion of free standing agreements.
