About approval of the Operating procedure of officials of customs authority in case of control of correctness of determination of customs value of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine
According to requirements of Article 265 of the Customs code of Ukraine and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.04.2008 N 339 "About approval of the Procedure of control of correctness of determination of customs value of goods", for the purpose of creation of bases of uniform approach and efficient control of correctness of determination of customs value of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Operating procedure of officials of customs authority in case of control of correctness of determination of customs value of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To department of customs value (Naumenko V. P.) and Legal department (Babyuk V. L.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To chiefs of regional customs, customs:
3.1. Provide in Department of customs value on approval of candidate for authorized persons of divisions of customs clearance which will be allocated with powers on pronouncement of decisions on determination of customs value of goods.
3.2. Provide officials of customs authority who are authorized on control of correctness of determination of customs value of goods, Internet access.
4. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
