About approval of the Regulations on recreational activities within the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund of Ukraine
For the purpose of enhancement of the organization of recreational activities of organizations of natural and reserved fund of Ukraine and according to the Law of Ukraine "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.11.2006 N 1524 I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on recreational activities within the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To public service of reserved case (P. Grinik):
submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
in a month after state registration to bring this order to permission of organizations of natural and reserved fund of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister M. Movchan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication
