According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About education" and "About the National program for training", and also for the purpose of determination of procedure for transfer, recoveries and expels of students in the highest educational institutions, irrespective of their departmental subordination and pattern of ownership, under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and the State center of testing:
1. Approve Provisional regulations for procedure and translation rules, recoveries and expels of students in the highest educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
