For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of part (4) article 36 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008. 1. Approve Regulations on accounting of offenses in the field of traffic and ensuring access of the owner of the car driver license to information on penal points it (is applied).
2. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs accounting of offenses in the field of traffic, punishments and the added penal points within the Automated information system "Register of Criminalistic and Criminological Information", and also access for the owner of the car driver license to information on them according to this Provision.
