About approval of the Standard regulations on tender committee

According to the paragraph to the tenth Item 18 of the Regulations on purchase of goods, works and services for public funds approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.10.2008 N 921 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Approve Standard regulations on tender committee which are applied.

2. To customers to bring regulations on own tender committees into accord with the Standard regulations on tender committee approved by this order.

3. Determine what claim treatment procedures, served participants until the conclusion of the purchase agreement, approved by tender committees according to Item 2 of the Section II of the Standard regulations on tender committee approved by this order will be promulgated by customers by placement on the Internet (on own website or in case of its absence on the website of the main manager of public funds) within ten calendar days from the date of their approval.

4. To submit to department of public procurements of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
