"About some measures for optimization of allowing and regulating system" and elimination of administrative obstacles and restrictions in the field of business activity, in pursuance of the Actions plan on improvement of approaches to licensing, strengthening of the control of activities of licensees approved by the order of National communication agency of the Kyrgyz Republic of 05.06.2007 No. 106-pr I order:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Licensed commission and procedure to issue of licenses by National communication agency of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Declare invalid the order of National communication agency of the Kyrgyz Republic of 03.05.2006 No. 46-pr "About approval of the Regulations on the Commission on issue of licenses for types of activity in the field of electric and mail service in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy director of National communication agency of the Kyrgyz Republic (Nurmatov B. N.).
4. This provision becomes effective in 15 days after publication in mass media.
