According to the Law of Ukraine "About ratification of the Additional protocol to the Agreement between Ukraine and International Atomic Energy Agency about application of guarantees in connection with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for application of guarantees of non-proliferation of nuclear weapon which is applied.

2. (Lopatin S. D.) to provide to department of guarantees of non-proliferation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective with loss of force of the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine of 19.11.97 N 189 "About approval of the Regulations on implementation of the Agreement between Ukraine and International Atomic Energy Agency about application of guarantees to all nuclear material in all peaceful nuclear activities of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.12.97 for N 625/2429, and the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of 17.06.2003 N 73/305 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of information for planning of inspections of zones of balance of nuclear materials on the NPP", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in 07.07.2003 for N 552/7873.
