Rules of conducting examination of the system project of communication network

1. These rules determine procedure for conducting examination of the system project of the communication network entering communication network public (further respectively - examination, the system project).

2. For conducting examination the applicant as whom the customer of the system project or person authorized by it can act submits to accredited person the written statement in which data on communication network with indication of communication services and the territory in which these communication services, and also the following data will be rendered are specified:

a) concerning the applicant:

for the legal entity - the name (trade name) of the applicant, its location, identification taxpayer number;

for physical person, including the individual entrepreneur, surname, name, the applicant's middle name, its residence, details of the main identity document, identification taxpayer number;

b) concerning developer of the system project:

for the legal entity - the name (trade name) of the legal entity, its location, identification taxpayer number;

for physical person, including the individual entrepreneur, surname, name, middle name, the residence, details of the main identity document, identification taxpayer number.
