1. Approve the enclosed Rules of budget subsidizing of small and medium entrepreneurship on implementation of systems of quality management for 2009.

2. To provide to department of technical policy, construction and housing-and-municipal sphere of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent official publication in mass media.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mamytbekov E. K.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
