1. Approve the enclosed standard form of the agreement of the accession determining conditions of rendering services of accession of other networks of telecommunications and also the obligations connected with it on interaction of networks and traffic transmission for the dominating telecom operators of network of telecommunications public.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2006 No. 996 "About approval of Rules of approval by authorized body of the agreement of accession to networks of telecommunications public of the dominating telecom operator of other networks of telecommunications determining conditions of rendering services of accession and also the obligations connected with it on interaction of networks and traffic transmission" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 38, the Art. 424);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 26, 2008 No. 497 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2006 No. 996" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 27, the Art. 257).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
