About abolition of the Nagorno-Karabakh autonomous region of the Azerbaijan Republic

realizing that further preserving national and territorial education for small group of the Armenian population in the Azerbaijan Republic involves escalation of violence against the Azerbaijani population, strengthening of criminal acts of gangs of the Armenian fighters created of number local and the extremists sent from the territory of Armenia for making of large-scale acts of terrorism - massacre, robberies, arsons, destruction of property of the Azerbaijanians living in the territory of the state;

understanding the historic responsibility before present and the future generations of the Azerbaijani people for preserving and development of the sovereign Azerbaijani state and its integrity;
