being guided by regulations of the Contract between the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic on friendship and cooperation of November 27, 2006,
believing necessary to develop cooperation in the field of foreign policy,
recognizing importance and efficiency of carrying out consultations between the Parties on questions which are of mutual interest,
wishing to promote within the competence to the operational solution of questions of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation,
agreed as follows:
The parties will regularly hold negotiations and consultations at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs, their deputies and heads of structural divisions concerning the bilateral relations and to exchange opinions on the international issues which are of mutual interest.
The parties, in case of need, will hold consultations on the questions which are of mutual interest within the United Nations, other international organizations, and also during the international forums.
The parties beforehand determine subject, the agenda, terms and the venue of negotiations and consultations by diplomatic channels.
Meetings of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic or other persons on their order will be held at least once a year serially in Minsk and in Bishkek.
For consideration of specific questions by mutual consent expert or working groups can be created.
The parties will assist further expansion and deepening of bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation in all fields of activity on the basis of mutual arrangements.
