wishing to develop process of mutual enrichment of cultures,
based on traditional cultural ties,
expressing mutual aspiration to further development and strengthening of cooperation in the field of culture between the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic,
agreed as follows.
The parties will consider the possibility of carrying out Culture Days of the Republic of Belarus in the Kyrgyz Republic and Culture Days of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Republic of Belarus during action of the this Protocol.
Terms and conditions of carrying out Culture Days will be determined by the Parties in addition on the principles of reciprocity.
The parties will promote participation of the drama theaters in the theater festivals held in the territory of the state of other Party.
The parties will assist participation of the music bands of art creativity and contractors in the musical festivals held in the territory of the state of other Party.
The parties will promote expansion of contacts in the field of traditional culture, the organization of exhibitions of masters of national crafts and crafts, festivals of folk art, to participation of folklore collectives in actions and the holidays of folk art spent in the states of the Parties.
The parties will cooperate in area of museum case and exhibition activities.
The parties will promote establishment of direct cooperation between the museums of the states of the Parties and to creation of conditions for advanced training and implementation of training of museum workers on the basis of reciprocity.
