Article 1

Objects of property of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Republic of Moldova and objects of property of the Republic of Moldova are in the territory of the Russian Federation determined according to articles 2 and 4 of the Agreement.

Lists of objects which can be carried in accordance with the established procedure to property of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Republic of Moldova and to property of the Republic of Moldova in the territory of the Russian Federation are given in the appendices N 1 and 2 to this agreement and are its integral part. Lists can be added according to offers of the Parties.

Article 2

Based on the objects determined in Article 1 of this agreement before their privatization joint businesses can be created according to the proposal of the owner according to the legislation of the state of the location of object. Conditions of creation of joint businesses are determined by concerned parties in their constituent documents.
