1. Approve the State program on creation and development of the space industry in the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).

2. Coordinating of execution of the measures provided in the State program specified in Item 1 of this Order to assign to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. Determine that implementation of the measures provided in the State program is financed by the government budget, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

4. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.
