No. 67-72, 168) with subsequent changes and amendments, the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Regulation of required reserves from the raised funds in Moldovan lei and in inconvertible currency, and also regulation of required reserves from the raised funds in freely convertible currency, since the period of observation of the raised funds to establish on September 6 - 20, 2009 in the amount of 8% of calculation base.

2. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to repeal the resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 195 of August 6, 2009. "About change of regulation of required reserves" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2009, No. 124-126, the Art. 609).

3. This resolution is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective on September 21, 2009.
