About approval of the Procedure for carrying out calculations of expense amounts for cases on customs offense and their compensations

According to Articles 384 and 385 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of establishment of the mechanism of implementation of calculations of the expense amounts connected with inventory count, storage, transportation (transfer), examination of the goods specified in Item 3 of Article 322 of the Customs code of Ukraine and also other expenses incurred by customs authority on implementation or consideration of the case about customs offense I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out calculations of expense amounts for cases on customs offenses and their compensations which is applied.

2. To finance department, financial accounting and reporting (Okolit M. V.) and to Legal department (Babyuk V. L.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To chiefs of customs authorities to bring this order to staff permission.

4. Determine that this order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Fedorov O. O.
