About ensuring medico-pedagogical control of physical training of pupils in general education educational institutions
According to part ten of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care", on accomplishment of the decision of boards of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of November 11, 2008 N 13/1-2/10/11/1 and for the purpose of streamlining of question of rather medico-pedagogical control of physical training of children in general education educational institutions of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Approve:
1.1. The regulations on medico-pedagogical control of physical training of pupils in general education educational institutions (are applied).
1.2. The instruction about distribution of pupils to groups for occupations at physical education classes (is attached).
2. To the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of managements of health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, Minister of Education and Science of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of departments of education and sciences of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations:
2.1. Bring this order to permission of heads of treatment-and-prophylactic institutions and general education educational institutions and provide control of implementation of provisions of this order.
2.2. Fill with personnel the existing vacancies of positions of health workers of treatment-and-prophylactic institutions on the organization of medical care to pupils in general education educational institutions.
2.3. Provide carrying out training of health and pedagogical workers of general education educational institutions and examination concerning the organization and implementation of medico-pedagogical control of physical training of children in general education educational institutions.
