About approval of the Regulations on payment of the guaranteed deposits by Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system
Based on the Art. of 44 paragraphs (2) the Law No. 575-XV "About guaranteeing deposits of physical persons in bank system" of 26.12.2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 30-34, the Art. 169), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Administrative board of Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on payment of the guaranteed deposits by Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Repeal the Provision on payment of the guaranteed deposits by Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of fund No. 34/1 of 12.10.2005 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 154-156, the Art. 540).
