About rates for natural gas
In connection with decrease in purchase price on natural gas for JSC Moldovagaz and for the purpose of reduction of rates in compliance with real costs the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) DECIDES:
1. Approve rates for natural gas, according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 298 of July 30, 2008 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 140-142 of 1.08.2008, the Art. 400).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
