1. Approve Criteria for evaluation of the companies - residents to whose goods and vehicles the simplified procedure for application of procedures of customs control and customs clearance which are applied can be established.
2. Determine that these Criteria can be applied to the resident companies under such circumstances:
officials of the company were not brought to trial for customs offense within one year preceding date of implementation of assessment of activities of the company;
