Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

I. Approve lists of drugs, psychotropic substances which turnover is prohibited, limited and is controlled in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also precursors for which import, export, transit transportation and production in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic the license is required applied).

II. Consider invalid the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of lists of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which turnover is prohibited, limited and is controlled in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic" of February 20, 2001, from the date of entry into force of this law.

III. This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.
