2. The purchase agreements of medicines for needs of health care system signed to the introduction in operation of this resolution remain in force before the expiration of their action.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 479 of March 27, 2008. "About approval of the Regulations on purchase of drugs and other products of medical appointment for needs of health care system", with subsequent changes (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 69-71, 457).
