Comprehensive examination is conducted by the commission under the leadership of the employee of authorized body with the assistance of representatives of public organizations and the checked company. The commission should incorporate the corresponding specialists of comprehensive inspection of condition of industrial safety.
Results of comprehensive examination are drawn up by the act (act instruction) and discussed at meeting with engineering employees of the company, one copy of the act instruction is handed for use under list to the director (the director, the technical lead).
It is necessary to provide in the act of comprehensive examination:
1) data on condition of industrial traumatism and the analysis of the reasons generating it;
2) data on accomplishment of the organizational and technical, improving, nomenclature actions and instructions of monitoring bodies planned for the current year (including by results of investigation of accidents), about accomplishment of the plan for upgrade of the equipment and to implementation of new technologies, automation and mechanization of enrichment factories;
3) the list of the inspected objects: workshops, departments;
