1. Approve the enclosed actions for realization in 2009 of the State program on overcoming effects of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP for 2006-2010, sources and amounts of their financing (further - actions).
2. To the state customers of the State program on overcoming effects of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP for 2006-2010 (further - the State program) approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2006 No. 29 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 9, 5/17103):
take measures for accomplishment of actions;
provide effective and target use of the funds allocated in 2009 for implementation of actions, and also control of their unconditional accomplishment;
monthly to the 10th following reporting to provide information on the course of accomplishment of actions in the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
3. To the Ministry of Emergency Situations:
provide coordination and control over the implementation of actions;
on representations of the state customers of the State program if necessary to specify separate tasks of actions within the provided budgetary appropriations.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
