About remuneration, servicing of the President of the Republic of Armenia and ensuring its safety

This Law according to article 61 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia determines procedure for remuneration, servicing of the President of the Republic of Armenia and ensuring its safety, aiming to provide effective implementation of powers of the President of the Republic of Armenia.
The size of salary of the President of the Republic of Armenia is established by the Law.
Are allocated to the president of the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of servicing:
a) the residence in Yerevan (Bagramyana 26),
b) office mansion in Yerevan with the corresponding servicing,
c) the state dachas on Sevan, in Dilijan and Tsakhkadzore, provided with the corresponding property and servicing,
d) motor transport of special purpose,
e) specially equipped airplane and the helicopter.
For the purpose of observation of the state of health of the President of the Republic of Armenia the personal doctor is allocated.
The identity of the President of the Republic of Armenia is inviolable. Infringement of its safety, honor and advantage attracts the responsibility established by the law. Safety of the President of the Republic of Armenia is ensured by security service of the President of the Republic of Armenia and management officials according to the procedure, established by the law.
