1. Take into consideration information on results of meeting for development of joint efforts on non-admission of spread of virus of flu A/H1N1 in the territories of the State Parties of the CIS which took place in the city of Moscow on June 9, 2009 based on the Federal Service on supervision in the field of the rights of consumers and wellbeing of the person (Russian Federation).

2. Ask the governments of the State Parties of the CIS to render assistance to the interested ministries and departments in realization developed by the specified meeting of joint efforts for non-admission of distribution in the territories of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of virus of flu A/H1N1 (the decision of meeting is attached).
