convinced of need to build the relations on the principles of friendship, mutual understanding and cooperation,

based on the agreements which are already reached between the Parties in military area,

being effective according to the documents accepted within the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement stated below terms mean:

1) "Military forming of the Russian Federation" - connections, parts, organizations, the companies and the organizations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation which are temporarily deployed in the territory of the Republic of Moldova;

2) "The place of dislocation" - the territory in which military forming of the Russian Federation are placed;

3) "Real estate" - the parcels of land, buildings and other constructions intended for ensuring functioning of military forming of the Russian Federation.

4) "Personal estate" - all types of arms, ammunition, military equipment, including necessary vehicles and other appliances of military forming of the Russian Federation;

5) "Persons which are part of military forming of the Russian Federation":

a) the military personnel passing military service as a part of military forming;

b) the civil personnel working in military forming, aliens of the Republic of Moldova.

Persons sent to military forming of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Republic of Moldova not being citizens of the Republic of Moldova, according to the status are equated to persons which are part of military forming;
