agreed as follows:

Article 1

The Russian side leaves the autonomous seismic Item which is hereinafter referred to as by "ASP" in the place of dislocation of defunct 17th radio seismic laboratory.

Article 2

The Kyrgyz Side provides in lease to the Russian Side of the place of dislocation of ASP and automatic seismic station which is hereinafter referred to as "ASS" which are taken away for them by decisions of regional authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic as of signature date of this agreement.
