1. Approve the Procedure for competitive selection of the investment projects directed to technical retrofitting of the companies of domestic engineering industry for agro-industrial complex which is applied.
2. To State department of tractor and agricultural mechanical engineering (Sachenko V. I.):
2.1. Submit the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Prepare the draft of the order of the Ministry of industrial policy on statement of structure of the Interdepartmental tender committee on selection of the investment projects directed to technical retrofitting of the companies of domestic engineering industry for agro-industrial complex in which to include (in consent) representatives of the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Finance.
3. Interdepartmental tender committee in the work to be guided by requirements of the approved Procedure.
