1. Determine that according to the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" State commission on securities and the stock market issues the following allowing documents:

certificate on introduction of institute of joint investment into the Unified state register of institutes of joint investment;

permission to placement outside Ukraine of securities of the Ukrainian issuers.

2. To provide to the director of the department of methodology of regulation of the security market Tarasenko O. O. provision of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Control over the implementation of the decision to assign to members of the commission of the Unsociable person S.O. and Nesterenko I. I.

4. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
