About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of medical equipment and products of medical appointment
According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.11.2006 of N 1542, the Procedure for state registration of medical equipment and products of medical appointment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 09.11.2004 of N 1497, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the State register of medical equipment and products of medical appointment it (is applied).
2. Consider invalid:
the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 26.09.2000 N 229 "About the Procedure for state registration of products of medical appointment in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.01.2001 for N 35/5226;
the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 27.12.2002 N 494 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out preclinical studying of medical equipment and products of medical appointment", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.03.2003 for N 180/7501.
3. To the director of the department of regulatory policy in the field of drug circulation and products in health care system of MZ of Ukraine Konstantinov Yu. B. provide provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Z. M. Mytnik.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
