In this Law the following terms and determinations are used:
the beneficiary - the relative who was dependent on person, the missing person or who person, the missing person, was given material support, having the right to financial aid from the state;

persons having legitimate interest, - the faces tied with person, the missing person, related, legal and other relations which according to the national legal system (state) can represent its interests confirm its disappearance, and also perform other actions in its interests;
