Order of registration of the agreement of pledge

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is prepared based on Item 1.5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 14, 2009 No. 93 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About trademarks and geographical instructions" and establishes order of registration of agreements on transfer based on the agreement to other persons as pledge of the rights to registered trade marks.
