About approval of Rules of provision and registration of acts of purpose of checks of subjects of entrepreneurship

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision and registration of acts of purpose of checks of subjects of entrepreneurship.

2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of economy, trade, tourism and entrepreneurship of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Rules of provision and registration of acts of purpose of checks of subjects of entrepreneurship

I. General provisions

1. These rules are developed according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of single accounting of procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of May 14, 2009 No. 237 and establish conducting registration, the statistical recording and control of the checks performed by authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the physical persons and legal entities performing business activity irrespective of their legal status, patterns of ownership and types of activity.
