Regulations on system of interdepartmental electronic document management

1. The interdepartmental electronic document management represents interaction of information systems of electronic document management of federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and other state bodies, and also the organizations created for accomplishment of the tasks set for the Government of the Russian Federation (further respectively - participants of interdepartmental electronic document management, information systems of electronic document management).

2. The organizer of interdepartmental electronic document management is the Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.08.2011 No. 641

4. Interaction of information systems of electronic document management in this Provision is understood as exchange of electronic messages (conducting office correspondence electronically) between participants of interdepartmental electronic document management, including:

a) direction and obtaining electronically decisions and orders of the President of the Russian Federation and Government of the Russian Federation;
