Article 1

The parties according to the national legal system create favorable conditions for development of cooperation in the field of the musical, theatrical, fine arts, cinematography, library and museum science, national crafts, arts and crafts, amateur, variety and circus art, preserving and promoting of objects of historical and cultural heritage.

Article 2

The parties within the competence promote establishment of direct contacts between the creative unions and associations, and also associations of the compatriots living in the territory of the states of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties cooperate in the field of preparation and advanced training of workers of the separate directions of culture and art, determining, as required, supplementary agreements the principles of bilateral exchange of pupils, students, graduate students and teachers, and also give support to direct cooperation between educational institutions of culture and art of the states of the Parties.
