accepting the traditional long-term economic relations in attention,

Article 1

The parties develop, strengthen and diversify in compliance with their national legal system economic and sci-tech cooperation on mutually advantageous basis.

Article 2

In view of the reached level economic and sci-tech cooperation, the Parties agreed that there are favorable opportunities for long-term cooperation, in particular in the following spheres:

- science and technology;

- internationalization of the technological companies;

- training and expert preparation in different industries;

- tourism;

- financial and entrepreneurial services;

- transport and logistics;

- electronic industry;

- chemical industry;

- food industry;

- wood and paper industry;

- metallurgical industry;

- textile industry;

- the energy industry, including among other upgrade, reconstruction and development of minerals, renewable and alternative energy sources, and also the accompanying sectors;

- spheres of industrial and civil cooperation;
