The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Estonia which further are referred to as "Party", wishing to strengthen the friendly relations between the countries and to develop mutual cooperation,
agreed as follows:
The citizens of the state of one Party having the valid diplomatic passports can drive, leave, follow en route and stay in the territory of the state of other Party without visas up to 90 days within 6 months, considering from the date of the first entrance.
The citizens of the state of one Party appointed to work in diplomatic representation or consular establishment, and also in representative office of the international organizations, located in the territory of the state of other Party and the members of their families having the valid diplomatic passports can drive, leave, follow en route and stay in the territory of the state of appointment without visas up to 90 days within 6 months, beginning from the first day of entrance.
Release from visa requirements according to this Agreement does not exempt persons specified in Article 2, from the requirement of accreditation in the state of the host party according to article 10 of the Vienna convention on the diplomatic intercourses of April 18, 1961 and article 11 of the Vienna convention on the consular intercourses of April 23, 1963 according to the legislation of the state of the host party.
Release from visa requirements according to this agreement does not exempt persons specified in Article 1, from obligation to observe the legislation of the state of the host party.
Persons specified in Article 2, shall respect the legislation of the state of the host party.
